Submission Method
AEMST invites original, unpublished contributions in the following categories: scientific papers for the formal proceedings, presenting novel and complete research work. These sessions will be held concurrently from July 27 to 29.
All papers should be submitted using the submission system provided by Openconf system or Email.

abstract through https://www.aemst.org/openconf/openconf.php
2. Email submission: Please submit by sending email to [email protected].
Note: The conference’s official language is English. All papers must be written in English and
must be formatted MS Word according to the following instructions.Completed research papers
in any of the topic areas listed above or related areas. This is a completed research work
include 8 -10 pages for a paper (including all figures, tables, and references).
A. Template for Conference Proceedings (Full Length Papers
Only)
For publish paper, please send your full paper directly. Earlier submission is encouraged as
it helps us to manage the review process in a timely manner. This is of particular
importance if you will need a visa to attend the conference. Please download the template
that explains the requirements in detail. Papers not conforming to the conference style will
be returned.
B. Template for Abstract Proceedings (Abstracts Only)
In the first instance we require everyone who wishes to submit their work to the conference
to submit an abstract describing the proposed paper, work in progress, presentation etc.
Abstracts should be 300-350 words. The abstract submission form will guide you through the
process but we recommend you read the call for papers first to ensure you select the correct
track and submission type.
