AEMST 2026


Submission Method

AEMST invites original, unpublished contributions in the following categories: scientific papers for the formal proceedings, presenting novel and complete research work. These sessions will be held concurrently from April 25 to 27, 2026. All papers should be submitted using the submission system provided by Openconf system or Email.

Note: The conference’s official language is English. All papers must be written in English and must be formatted MS Word according to the following instructions.Completed research papers in any of the topic areas listed above or related areas. This is a completed research work include 8 -10 pages for a paper (including all figures, tables, and references).

Template for conference

A. Full Length Papers Only
For publish paper, please send your full paper directly. Earlier submission is encouraged as it helps us to manage the review process in a timely manner. This is of particular importance if you will need a visa to attend the conference. Please download the template that explains the requirements in detail. Papers not conforming to the conference style will be returned.

B. Abstracts Only
In the first instance we require everyone who wishes to submit their work to the conference to submit an abstract describing the proposed paper, work in progress, presentation etc. Abstracts should be 300-350 words. The abstract submission form will guide you through the process but we recommend you read the call for papers first to ensure you select the correct track and submission type.

C. Poster Presentation
1. The poster board admits posters of A0 size in portrait format (841mm width x 1189mm height). All display material should be prepared in advance. The head of the poster shall include:
TITLE OF PRESENTATION, NAME OF AUTHOR (s), AFFILIATION
2. The poster should be easily readable from a distance of ~2 m. Use heavy lettering of at least 18-point or larger. Figures, tables, and photographs should also be easily readable from the same distance. Preferably, the poster should be divided into the following sections:
Overview Summary/Introduction/Method/Results/Conclusions
3. It is advisable to leave details and explanations for face-to-face discussions. The text of all poster displays must be prepared in English; their presentation should also be in English.
4. Authors are kindly requested to stand in front of their posters for discussion with interested participants during the relevant poster session, as indicated in the Conference Programme. Poster numbers will be placed by the LOC on the poster board before the poster sessions according to the numbering in the Conference Programme. Material to stick the posters to the poster boards will be provided by the LOC. The poster presenters are kindly requested to remove the poster from the poster board at the end of the poster session.
